I'm no expert, but there's just too much thatched roof in the picture for my tastes. It overpowers the rest. (I do like the person pointing.)

Gotta agree with Jim. I'd crop it just above the edge of the roof about a quarter inch and a bit off the bottom. When I covered that area with a piece of paper I noticed the pointing fellow, the yellow flowers and the mountains more.
