I ordered a NIB Canon Elan 7e with 28-105 for $179!!! I gave my Rebel G to my daughter. I need to get her a Nifty fifty for it. I will be trolling the for sale section soon. Cant wait till it gets here.:):):)

It's a great camera - I have the EOS30 which I believe is the same.
If it's the 28-105 USM II that's one of Canons best 'consumer' zooms - I still have mine even though I now favour the 24-105L (in all honesty, they are difficult to tell apart)

I just sold my 24-105 L Due to $$ issues, But I was justifiable to purchase what I did.. I replaced a $1000 with a $100, From what I hear, the only thing I will miss is the IS.. Cant go wrong!..
