Oi, I love this. It looks like a Neo-Impressionist painting. Great contrast between a grubby underside and the opulent structures in the background. You go under bridges now to take great photos, Josh?;)

Love the reflection off the water you got as well as the way you used part of the bridge for framing the shot.

Many thanks, Pio. A canoe and a camera are a wonderful combination.

You got that "rush" we talked about while taking this one, didn't you? Beautiful photo, Josh- I love it and the feelings if pulls from me.

Good to see I'm not the only one, I took a picture once under a bridge in Alaska. Great photo.

One of your best to date, Josh. I see you're using that camera to its fullest. Indeed, it does look like a painting, surreal in fact, almost Leica-ish.
Keep up the good work. How far are you from Boca?

Thanks Renee. I was having a really good time out on the water in my canoe. It's really good to hear from you. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday and a happy New Year. :)

Bridges are cool! Especially from where folks rarely get to see them.

Thanks, Mark. I think we may finally have found the perfect camera here. I am left wanting nothing. Anything is possible now.
Boca is about a four or five hour drive from Tampa/Saint Pete. You coming down?

Thanks. I hope it passed. :) It actually looks pretty solid under there with no visible cracks that I can see. It is a bit weird hearing the traffic passing just a few feet over one's head.

Yeah you become somewhat numb to the traffic noise, You should try the interstate bridges and the noise from the grid deck on draw bridges is the worst.
