Bit of a challenge. In my friends car today trying to snap these in moving traffic. Underexposed to bring out those clouds. So could i please have some good C&C analysis on these two :)

Well, I must say you've done extremely well to get some interesting shots when you can't even walk around to pick your angles! The blue sky in the second one lifts the shot considerably, but I prefer the more upward angle in the first, as getting closer to the horizon in the second makes me frustrated at not actually seeing it. I think the first one has better composition with the three towers. Some interesting diagonals in both, but again I think they work best in the first one. Thanks for sharing. Cheers, Tony

#1 is on the verge of being a great image.

I like the tonal range, the composition and the mood (somewhat dark). However, it needs a context in order to give it more interest.

#2 would be better off without the second tower (at the right) and give the left tower a better perspective (Let it be more straight up, as in #1).

I am in complete agreement with Robert about these images. First one is really well done, but it is just a shot of powerlines. I love the clouds working with the lines to create such a gloomy mood.

Number one for me. I think the B&W works well. I think there were more options available though.

With clouds like that, they look like a good candidate for HDR.
