What comes first EXT TUBES OR 2x converter

Ok i just received my Kenko Ext tubes and i have a Tamrom 90mm F2.8 and a 2x teleconverter....
What goes on first the converter or the Ext tubes ???

I've normally put the tele closest to the camera myself and IIRC that seems to be the accepted wisdom here. I'll be a big and heavy combo that focuses only a few inches from the front, but will give you good magnification. I've done it a few times with a 1.4 Tele 68mm tubes and my 180 Macro.

Ditto. Doesn't the teleconvertor have a sticky-out-thingy (technical term) that clashes with the some lenses? So go camera, tc, tubes, lens.
