Ok. You guys have me inspired, :)
This is another view of the C & A passing by, taken with an effective
focal length of 1040mm. Same auto levels applied, with overall
sharpening of about 90 for the entire picture and an additional measure
for the seadog's head. The challenge for you here is to critique this image
as if you had never seen the previous picture of the Christian and Alexa
and had never partaken in a discussion of that photo. Easier said than done I would say.

Rick,

Good work on a level horizon.

Oh spit! We weren't supposed to remember the other picture of C & A heading out to sea on a "spilling" ocean. :D

Hey guy .. it is an interesting sea photo and a technical (lens) triumph. You could be a private dectective )
I would have liked to see the original because IMHO"Auto-Levels" is usually not the way to go. I beleive that it is better to adjust levels, consider color and cropping issues, and then go to LAB mode to make decisions on Contrast and sharpening of each (NON-MASTER) image.

It is a nice image, but for me has to much extraneous stuff surrounding the seadog. I prefer this crop, but I admit I do miss the rust stains on the white paint:

I think that Howie's cropping improves the photo. Too much surrounding clutter detracts from the focus of attention in the original.

Thanks, guys. Yeah, I think the cropping works, maybe leave a little bit
of rust in there. Here's a sample with no color adjustment, just sharpening.

Rick,

I would go back to the color correction of your first post. Cropping looks good.
