Portrait photo on left of frame

All the landscape photos looked fine with the default frame, but portrait photos does not look right within the frame. It creates an extra black area on the right of the photo inside the frame(made it like a square photo)... seems like my default frame size is incorrect or EE doesn't know how to resize it to fit a portrait photo?!? Anyone know how to fix that? many thx!

A link to your gallery would help us see the problem but a couple of possibles... If you have expanded the size options menu this will stretch the frame or there may be a size paths problem.

thanks, it was the long fonts that expanded the frame...
