well exposed but slightly blurred, not suprising at 1/40 unless you used a tripod.

Thanks Toby and Bill. Hand held always. No it is not blurred to me, maybe just the enlargement in the second pic? Is it to anyone else??

i think it me Joan and the 2nd one. my screen isn't calibrated using the laptop and watching football at the same time :D:D:D

Lovely little flower Joan.
First shot is not exactly blurred, I think it looks slightly like that because of the hairs on the petals which are not blurred, its the white behind the hairs that isnt totally sharp.
The focus of the second shot is definately not quite there.
