creating tinsel in photoshop..

hi i need some help... i'm struggling to find a way to make tinsel in photoshop, a brush, or decent (free) stock image would do.

i'm decorating a friend's band's myspace profile for christmas - which i made.

the tinsel would drape over the mast-head (banner) at the top of the page.

any ideas?
