cooperative kestrel. Alex gets them on a natural perch and all I can get are on the lines. Hate that! As you can tell, I beat him to the punch on zooming off, which they usually do before I can aim the lens. :)

Interesting shot karen, with the wing behind the beak, it makes the beak look huge and that of some other bird. Kind of like one of those photos where you can see 2 images in the same shot...steve

Funny! Yeah, I had almost forgotten myself. Today the sun is absolutely beautiful and I'm off for a drive to East Tn to see family. No shooting! :( (except family!)

Pretty cool with the wing stretch Karen. Very nice shot. The wire is ok with me since that's where they hang out. Looks like a little tight rope walk.
