At about 11 years of age, I was too chicken to ride horseback with my street gang. So, I am obviously not the one to judge your portrat-- beyond saying that it looks to me like a beautiful, calm, and self-assured animal.
However, I did ask the e-opinion of an office colleague who has owned horses (and competed) for years. Here is her reply:
"...Hi Howie! I love the picture of the horse's eye. Being a horse lover, I think it conveys the strength and honesty of our equine buddies. Where did you get it? Did you take it?..."
Of course I attributed the photograph back to you and Pekka's site!
