Good price but poor customer services according to recent discussion.

Personally I haven't had any problems, but I got slow service and I feel that was reflected by the price.

I have had excellent service from 7dayshop pretty much every time I have ordered from them. I have placed 2 orders with them in the last 2 weeks and both came within a week of ordering - one item was the 100-400IS lens - very nice!!!

I have bought 2 cameras and 2 lenses, getting on for £2,500 - no problems apart from delays in delivery.

Ever had to do a return?

Several years ago they were a nightmare to deal with for returns etc. - took ages to answer emails and never picked up the phone.

More recently I've had cause to return a couple of items, and they were much quicker. Emails still take a couple of days to be responded to, but they do accept returns without quibble and refund you without a problem. One item (a camera rucksack that had had a strap tear away) they were happy for me to simply throw in the bin without bothering to return to them, and refunded straight away.

Yes, they're slow, but the prices are often unbeatable.
