I like the image. Good job on the selective coloring. Holding the intensity of the diferent colored lights the same must have been fun. The only thing that is a distraction to me is the (power-line)? transitting the sky.

Selective coloring is nice. The shot though seems underexposed on my monitor. Also the subject could've been nicer more off-center.

Think the idea is brilliant, just perhaps up the exposure and try to improve the composition. :)
