Until recently, I have been able to use Zoombrowser's auto download feature to get quick downloads from my flash card to the pc. As soon as I inseted the card in the reader, zoombrowser would open and with one click I could download the shots.

For the last couple days, Zoombrowser will not start automatically.

The only change in my pc is that I installed the Win XP service pack 2.

I am using what I believe to be the most recent version of Zoombrowser, Ver 4.6.1.35

Has anyone else experienced the same problem?
Any reasonable suggestions?

My suggestion is to uninstall and reinstall ZoomBrowser. You never know what settings MS resets when you install their service packs.

Thanks for the suggestion. I uninstalled/reinstalled, the program, but nothing changed.

I have since discovered that the auto-download feature works fine if I connect the camera to the pc, but not if I use the card reader.
The reader is a "Dazzle" 8-in-one reader by Zio Corp.
Looks like I need to deal with them to solve the problem.

Thanks
