What is this? It was very small, around 2-4mm in length.

Is it some sort of Leafhopper. . . ?

looks like a Planthopper nymph.

yup thats what it is. i like the color too, the ones around here are all golden.

There were a few larger ones aswell, always tricky to get shots of them though, they are sensitive to the slightest of movements.
