WTB EF-S 18-55mm USM lens

Have a Digital Rebel 300D that I got used from a member here, but it was just the body.

I am not thrilled with the results I get from EF & EF-compat lenses, and wonder if I would get better results with a EF-S lens.

Don't want to pay alot for my experiment, so I figure this is a good starting point.
