Seeking Partner for Photography (Teaching) Venture

I'm looking for a partner well-versed in photography who can help with a "teaching" venture related to photography.

This project is a for-profit project and any partner(s) [I envision three, including myself] will be equal partners or close to it.

I can't offer too many details here publicly, but I will offer details to interested parties. If you are interested, please post here (so the thread doesn't die) and then contact me privately via AIM ("iacas") or email ("erik" at the .com domain "barzeski").

I believe I have a good idea and would like to bring it to fruition. I hope someone here might be a part of it.
