Comments? Okay: If you were able to move around at all, I would have done so: The mic is in the face of Kid rock, and the audience is in the way as well. If you couldn't move around, I'ld have gone for individual portraits.

Shot looks a bit soft, underexposed and so-so white balanced as well.

Nice expression on Robin Williams.

Wasn't able to move around once I got in place, even though I tried (really really pissed me off). Would cropping differently (more on top and less on bottom) be better?

Lighting was a mixture of tungsten and halogen (1 of each) and nearly nonexistant (most of the shots were 1600, aperture wide open and still dark). I set the camera to tungsten which was the closest to natural on the camera display and am still learning photoshop, so haven't figured out how to correct after the fact yet. What would have been a better way to balance it?

I have individuals but the interaction between the two is what I was going for.

Thanks for looking and commenting.

Sometimes you can only deal with what ya got. Especially if you're just shooting and not there getting paid. Still awesome shot for conditions. I hate shooting in "castles" so hard.

WB looks a touch off..

i will disagree with rené (maybe for the first time ever) and say that the individual shots would not have nearly the impact. kid rock and robin williams? that is great!

but with no Exif, it is kinda hard to comment further other than what has already been said.
