On my win XP sp1 I have installed the drivers that came with my A75 camera. All was perfect until I have installed the drivers from my Genius Vivid 4 scanner. After that the camera was not recognized by the computer anymore. I have tryed anything to solve the problem , uninstaling the scanner drivers, uninstalling the camera driver , reinstaliing the camera software, using another USB port. No results. The camers is working fine on my laptop with the same OS.
Any help ? :?:

You may want to try disconnecting the scanner, then restart your PC without non-Microsoft services or programs running. If it works then, you know that one of the applications or services that loads at bootup is causing the conflict. To do this:
1. Click START
2. Click RUN
3. Type: msconfig
4. Click OK
5. Take note of what startup mode you're currently set to, and if it's not set to Selective Startup, change it to Selective Startup.
6. Remove the check from Load Start Up Items
7. Click the Services tab
8. Check the box at the bottom of the window to hide all Microsoft services
9. Click Disable All
10. Clck Apply
11. Click Close
12. Restart
Now try connecting the camera and downloading images.
If it works, you'll need to go back to the Services tab in msconfig, hide Microsoft services and selectively turn them on/off to find the problem. You will also want to go to the Start Up tab and selectively turn these on/off too.
If the above procedure doesn't resolve the issue, make sure you go back to msconfig, change the startup mode to whatever you had originally, then click on the Services tab, check the box at the bottom again, the click Enable All. Click Apply, Close, then restart again.
I hope this helps!
