Hi
I'd love to hear your thoughts/critique on this image I took recently. It is part of a building called Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh. Scotland.

Thank you

Martin.

Martin, another beauty! That sky doesn't look like Edinburgh, is it photoshoped in? Very nicely done

No the sky is real. Just one of those rare sunny days!

Cheers
Martin.

Wow, what a beauty! I would lighten the sky (A very small amount just to make it a bit more natural looking but I am a newbie so take it with a grain of salt.

Martin,

Nice photography. Good balance and form.

Nice presentation with the black border frame.

I agree with Mike S. that the blue sky looks a bit too blue. Maybe too much circular polarizing filter :?:

I just had to surf the web and look for more on Dynamic Earth and found this commercial image on the freefoto website.

That is a neat looking building. :)

Wow!

This is great AS IT IS! The deep blue sky, although seemingly too deep, is great and adds a certain mystery too it. The cloud formation is great. Looks like a backbone of the sky...

Another great shot. :)

Martin, that is an unusual sky for Edinburgh. I lived there for many years and don't rmember one like that :-)
btw, did you see any bikers down there? We used to go down there and ride trials, and I know people that still do it there a lot.
Really great capture

looks great. with the framing, it reminds me of those inspirational posters; maybe you can make one on courage since it's a backbone.

Cool! Looks like a centipede belching steam while riding a monorail.
