I have an EOS300D 18-55 lense kit and have also recenlty purchased the 70-200L f4L which I think is great, however I am looking for another lense for indoor/low-light scenarios whether it be a zoom or a prime lense. Any ideas.

Ps: - I intend to stick with Canon although may consider alternatives if the image quality is matched.

Is the 50mm f1.4 USM worth the extra money?

I say NO, unless you really need that extra stop.

I love my 50mm f/1.8.

Wow, are we talking about this 50mm?

Certainly seems amazing that such a cheap lense could get such praise.

Yes we are

It is a great lens. I can say it over and over again.

OK, so I have to ask the question (and I think it warrants its own thread)
