I bought a Canon camera in England so if it breaks I can walk into Jessops etc and they will take it to Canon and get it fixed. When I bought it I had the chance to buy one in America for much cheaper but didn`t just so I would have an English guarantee. (They did say they could take the American camera for a repair but it would cost me.)
If I was to leave England for a long time, taking my camera would it be under warranty or would I be charged? Or would I have to fly back to England? Obviously flying back home would be out of the question.
Thanks
Steve.
Camera was bought last March from London Camera Exchange.
