I should add that it's a photography association for amateurs. It was established in 1946.

I haven't heard of this organization so far ...

... but it reminds me a bit of the 'International Private Detective Association'
that promised to issue the legitimate 'International Private Detective Association's International Private Detective License' I was quite interested in ...
... when I was 13 :wink:

If I'm not mistaken it's located not very far from where you are at. I think it's a Belgian org.
