This is very subjective of course:

3, 5, 7, 8.

Put No.6 in colour and it's my favourite.

If 13 had some foreground, I think it would be very effective.

I'm also a hockey fan (Senators); I think Emery is going to be history.

Unfortunately, I can only choose two good ones. Numbers 9 and 13. And almost 5.

I am assuming you are thinking of competition, which I have done, so I know how hard it is to select. What I tried to do was make a quick snap judgment, based on the feedback from the judges walk-throughs at competitions that I have entered.

Briefly, if I were judging them:

1. Fine - competently shot - but not compelling. 6
2. Not enough bump room in front of the car. 4
3. WAY too much out of focus foreground. 4
4. Nothing particularly wrong, but again, it just doesn't grab me. 6
5. Would be a very effective commercial shot, but not a lot more. 7
6. Lousy framing. 4
7. White balance way off, colors washed out. Attempt at natural framing feels cluttered. 2
8. Lighting is good. Framing is adequate. Focus could be better (Why OOF on the earrings?) Expression seems awkward. 6
9. Much better. Well lit. Well focused. Could be a tad over-sharpened, but that might be JPGing. 9
10. 5
11. 2
12. Decent in all technical aspects, but nothing sets it apart from the millions of other shots like this. 6
13. My favorite of the bunch. I love the sky and the relationship of the vast sky and the buildings almost appended in the shot. More foreground was mentioned, and that might work, but it would change the unique feel of this shot, (it would balance the sky and ground, and what I like is the imbalance). 9
