which flash for s5 is

The 5s is a great camera, but I think it really needs an external flash. Does anyone know if all the 430EX features work on the 5s or should I go with the 220EX. I hope the 430 helps with white balence control and low light AF issues . I tried using the custom white balance feature in the camera, but that is only good if I don't change any settings for that shooting session. I know the 220 is only automatic and might help a little at night, but that's about it.

The 430EX will work. Details about any limitations are on p. 172 and following of the S5 Advanced User Guide.
