the one thing that really stands out for me is the text. its clearly altered in and looks funny. change the color to the same white as the edges of the shirts and transform it a little bit to match the flow of the shirt.

also, the matted fur on the dog's neck is a bit distracting, maybe try cloning that out.

maybe do a little something or other with the contrast too, and maybe the levels.
