Sepia vs. Black and White

Need opinions on what everyone thinks of sepia or partial sepia vs. true Black and White.

I am taking headshots of all my grandkids and like the little bit of effect sepia tinting gives vs. pure black and white. I know B&W is the new trending thing right now.

Should I give up the tint on this one for true B&W

I prefer the B&W.
I would play around with the brightness + contrast a bit though.

I prefer the B+W too. I don't think the sepia adds anything here.
