quickie answer needed please.

I had a reply to one of my posts and the guy mentioned that I should also turn on image editing. I assume he means I have to do that in the user CP window. Might be overlooking the obvious here but I cant find anything about it. HELP!! :)
DOH!! Justed spotted the sticky on it.
