Took a few shots of my friend's old school GSX-R today, these were just quick shots, I did a little PP on one and thought it looked cool. CC welcomed, I can't wait til it warms up and I can get all the bikes I roll around with together for a photoshoot!

Fairly nice light, but you might have tried for a better background? And try to get down to it's level next time.

I agree with PhotosGuy. Did you mean for there to be people in the background? And maybe have the wheel turned the other direction.

Yea it's a 94 I think, the paint is stock though, we give him crap all the time cause it has pink wheels but that was the fad back then.
My friend just wanted some quick photos of it for myspace so nothing was real planned out this time, plus we had just gotten back from a short ride and it was about 33 out and I was wanting to get inside to the warmth, lol. Next time though when it's warmer out I'll have to find a nice area to go with some nice background and I'll do a shoot with prob 10+ bikes, ranging from early 90's to new. Thanks for the comments though!

my 92 (93 for americans) was white with pink splash graphics. thankfully the previous owner was kind enough to remove nearly all of them.

How about a little insight on how you obtained the lighting and background for the Harley. My friend has a custom softail he asked me to photograph. would be awesome to do something like you did. Thanks Christian

How about a little insight on how you obtained the lighting and background for the Harley. This thread (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=54281)shows that I shot it under the crappiest lighting available - a car show. Start with good lighting & you'll get better results.
This thread shows how I cut it out from the background: Selecting areas in PS. (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=39994)
That bike was easy compared to one with spoke wheels! :D
Be sure to look at the links in those threads for more info, & have fun with it.
