You don't have to shoot Eagles to have fun, sometimes just shooting Sparrows is rewarding.

Wonderful shot, Gary! In some ways as you know, shooting these little guys is more of a challenge than the larger birds. You've done this one justice!

Sparrows are the bane of my bird watching existence. They are as shy was heavily-hunted waterfowl and as difficult to tell apart as a flat full of winter shorebirds, yet they are tantalizing close and readily avaiable. Did I mention that they are the bane of my bird watching existence?

They are about the same but you need to get closer to get detail!!!

very nice gary, not sure how I missed this post, sparrows are cute but annoying to photograph..along with birds of prey, woodpeckers..I guess they are all the same, thats why we love it so much :D
