Finally....steadied my S1 IS

First time out with the S1 IS was a bit tricky with the long shots. The movement was making framing difficult.

Put a new Bogen Micro Ball Head on my Bogan monopod.....works great!!! And light!

Monopods are so nice, and convenient... I didn't like mine at first, but decided one day to use it regardless of what happened. Now I love it.

Yes, monopods work great.

But for birding, I will use tripod whenever possible.
