It is not often that I shoot in my local arena during the day but I had a chance this weekend and found it to be much different than what I'm used to. The rink has many door areas that are all glass and let significant sunlight into the building. The top of the building also has a frosted section that also lets more light than usual into the rink. So I was able to use a lower ISO speed and faster shutter than ever before but the lighting was very inconsistent and I looked forward to shooting in my normal situation. Comments and criticism appreciated.
