Technically it looks like a good photograph. Good focus, exposure, white balance, etc.

The composition looks like it is cropped too close. I would prefer some frame of reference, like is this in a parking lot? Is there a stage or platform beneath the equipment? Is the band just 2 guitars and a drummer?
