I said it had to probably do with adrenaline coursing through the arms as they are raised above the heart level, my sis reckons it is to do with lactic acid. What do you think?

Haha :lol: She is a bit dubious as we have done this before with her and being the lightest of the group, she could have hit the ceiling. I reckon though that she is doubting the lifting abilties of our sis, having three blokes on the other ends.
