It looks wonderful, except for the portion of the image that is in focus around the window sill under the girl's arm.
I would work on your mask to blur under her arm, also. It is the same distance as some other blurred portions, and it looks out of place IMHO.
It would be a really lovely picture with a consistent blur.
I'd leave the flowers without blur, just as you have them, BTW.

I did blur all of the background but then the flower and pot looked odd floating in mid air. I'm still experimenting.

Then you may need to go with less blur or no blur.
It also looks strange with just a small section under her arm in focus. ;)

That's very much improved! A very nice image.
The flowers do not look like they are hanging in air to me. Instead, they look like the edge of flowers sitting a bit in front of the window.

Thanks, I figured I would crop closer and eliminate the flower pot. I should try to crop closer on a lot of my pictures but old habits are hard to break.
