Ok just wondering if anyone charges a sitting fee? If so about how much? Also do you wave it if the customer buys a certain amount of photos? Thanks guys and gals

I would rarely waive it, but I might apply it to a larger order.

$150 up front, for me, for a single person. It'd have to be a pretty damn big order for me to waive it...

I just started doing some paid work on the side, and offered a sitting fee of $0! But they insisted on giving me some money for a sitting fee, and wrote me a check for $150 :) So, I guess they set the precedent.

For now, since I’m just getting into the business aspect of it.

$75 – Single portrait session

$125 – Family portrait session

If they buy $300 in product, I'll waive/credit the sitting fee.

I think I'd only waive it on a big order too, $300 sounds about right to me. This depends on the sitting fee too I guess. I'd say if they buy double the sitting fee I'd waive it.
