Not sure how many people use Microsoft Outlook for Scheduling, but microsoft just released a free plugin called Pro Photo Shoot.
"Pro Photo Shoot is a simple little tool that makes it easier to keep track of what to bring on a photo shoot, so you'll never forget a lens again." You can find out more an download it here http://www.microsoft.com/prophoto/articles/lens.aspx (http://www.microsoft.com/prophoto/articles/lens.aspx)
That got me thinking, what do most of the folks here use to schedule and keep track of their bookings? What do you use to make sure you don't forget something on the day of your shoots?
Post your process and applications and/or any feedback on this new plugin.
We currently use Outlook for our bookings and a printed out word check list with everything we need for a particular shoot. I will be trying this plugin to see if it can replace the printed out list to be more efficient.
