well, looks like 1D MK II is a must for me then, the best of both worlds, then i'll use my 1D as backup

sharpness of 20D doesn't convince me much

not news, but it helps with decision making if you repeat it from time to time to yourself :wink:

I checked out the burst speed my way.

I am always curious what the burst rate means so I decided to capture a few images with my 20D with the burst rate reading 9 (for large JPG). I set the shutter to 1/7000 sec and iso to 1600

The results showed that it could get 6 shots within 1 sec as shown in the 1st and 6th shot pics .

I actually captured 10 shots total (a little over 1 s)
