AI servo setting: AI SERVO tracking sensitivity

I'm not sure if the 30/60/10/20D have this option (the 1 series does).

What have you found the best to be?

for 1D? not the most sensitive one, just in case anyone runs in front of lens and it re-focuses.

I would suggest you to give it a go at different sensitivities to see which one suits you best

I shoot "normal" on my MKII. Tried other settings and this works best.
