Nah it is an Eastern Bluetongue (Tiliqua scincoides) about 30-35cm

Excellent eye shot. The lizard shot is very nice too - a macro shot of the head would be a great one to get - Ill look out for it lol. I think snakes and lizards are great to photograph, if you get the chance.
