1st attempt at Snow

I enjoy the first one very much. The second it too busy for my eyes (maybe lighten some of the background contrast), but it does draw you in with the single tree up front. I was given a 2008 calendar of Sean Kernan's b&w work of trees, very nice. I don't know why but I just b&w's of trees

I really like the first and the 4th one...the 2nd one I agree is a little busy and I really don't enjoy the overall tone of the 3rd one.

I really like the "few more" very much..esp. the window. Nice job GB. But the 1st B/W ..I dunno - too contrasty and the comp is not so good. The B/W trees work for me if only for the pattern. I normally prefer B/W but with lots of tone - these are black... and white. I'll end on a positive note...did I say how much I like the window treatment? :)

Being from Minnesota 1 and 2 are leaving me flat. The composition is good, but the black and white is not working for me. I like number three.
