i was told a couple days ago only to place my best photos on my website. so i took that advise to heart and decided to go out and make a portfolio today.
here is the result:

For the market you're targeting, the photos seem adequate. I personally would like to see a little more artistry in the final image.
I don't like the way the large photos are presented. They shouldn't be isolated on a page with no design elements. It looks unprofessional. Also, the photos are way too big. Not only are they slow to load, someone can easily download and make full size prints from them.
Finally, there's no identifying info on the images so if someone does copy one, there's no way to tell where it came from. At a minimum, you should enter your info in the file's metadata and mark it as copyrighted in the photoshop info box.
