Anyone know Amazon.com's phone number?

I'm trying to order some camera gear from Amazon and have a problem with my order and I need to talk with someone at Amazon but I can't find their phone number all I can do is send emails and wait hours to hear a response.

Anyone know their number?

They don't use one. I understand your frustration. I have been down that road with Amazon. You have to go through their e mail system of communicating.

Well that's just great. Well I guess I won't be using Amazon to make may future purchases. That's the worst customer service I've come across in a while from a big co like Amazon...just pathetic. Guess some other co will be getting my money instead of Amazon.

Thanks! I actually just got Amazon to send me a automated email response that has that same number in it.

It's still sad that a customer has to go thru this much trouble to contact a company they are spending their hard earned dollars with.

I had a similar situation and yes, it took a long time to find that number. I think I actually got it through a third party but it was very hard to obtain. I guess the point of Amazon is that they don't want people calling them on the phone.

Amazon doesn't list the phone number on their own site.. I've found it by going to google and searching for "amazon 800" lol
