Looks like corruption - try running memtest x86 (http://www.memtest86.com/) overnight to see if you have a RAM problem.

It looks like Ram to me Butttttt! when mine did this it was the G/Card ram u/s New g/Card fine now. Have you updated your G/Card drivers..

what gpu manufacturer do you have? ATI(now AMD) and Nvidia both have their drivers on their website as a full package, so all you have to do is download one file and it would work with any of their latest cards.
