Does SD800 support Remote Capture??

In an effort to copy some Kodakchrome slides and convert them to digital images, I tried to attach my Canon SD800 IS to my computer for Remote Capture shooting.

I have spent the last hour trying to make this work and have failed and have come to the conclusion that the SD800 will not support Remote Capture.

Can anyone confirm that, please?

That's correct, it doesn't. I don't think any of the SD-series do.
