You guys are awesome!!!! I mean it, you're the best.

I can't tell you how grateful I am that I found this forum. Everytime I make a post, asking what I can only assume is a dumb question with an obvious answer, I'm blown away by how nice and helpful everyone here is. I see this in just about every thread I look through too.

I've posted in other forums before--- in other places, it's more like a competition over who knows the most or who's the best photographer... very egotistical and the people there are very rude. Here, everyone goes out of their way to help. Here, we all want each other to succeed.

I mean, my goodness... some of you even helped me photoshop my own wedding pictures!!!

In conclusion... thank you. I still have a lot to learn (which I'm having so much fun doing, by the way) but I hope one day I can repay the kindness I've received here by passing on some of my own advice/help to others.

I don't think I've personally helped you, but I hope I have helped someone out there. I share your thoughts--people on this forum are willing to go out of their way to help anybody learn more. Plus, they usually do this without belittling the OP or being jerks about it. It is amazing to me, and I've learned a ton here.

Most of the dorks with ugly dispositions get weeded out in a hurry. This place pretty much features the best bunch of folks that play with cameras on the net.

Learning photography is long and tough.
POTN have been, and still continue to be, such a great support to me. I'm positive i'd give up without the kind advices, support, and comments received here.

POTN is technically the best, socially the most friendly community, and the most active with 5 to 50 post at every minute, round the clock, workwide. Bravo!
