Looking for a trade?

I am SO waiting for someone to step in with a joke at Lightrules expense. No pun intended :P

Unless otherwise mentioned, I assume all posts are from the U.S. If I can't tell by the post, or the Poster, then the currency will give me a clue. Especially if they say "Yen".

PLACING AN AD IN MARKETPLACE
Include your country of residence in the title, even if you are willing to sell outside that area. Within the post, please provide an indication of where you live.

I had common sense for a little while, but it was too soft so I sent it back.

Post some examples of your common sense? Just want to make sure it's working properly before I buy. Thanks!

I agree with Dandaman there has been a number of times when I have seen and item then when I have opened the post I have found that the item is in sale in a different country. It is a lot of help when the poster says where they are from in the title.

I wouldn't bother. I sent off for some ages ago and it still hasn't arrived.

Seriously though - Please put which country you are in when placing an ad

So if I don't say and mention an item is $500 how do you know if I am in Texas or Hong Kong? Why rely on assumption when it is so easy to just type FS UK: or something similar?

This should be given away for free. You don't happen to have multiple copies? I can think of someone that could use it to help operate his new 40D.

Maybe they will ship worldwide?

The best way to stop this from happening is to start PMing the heck out of people that don't put the location in the title. After a few hundred PMs they will get the hint. ;)

I'm prepared to perform a pigignorantectomy on any poster that fails to state their whereabouts...
