a negative filter was applied. i was bored and tinkering around with some pics and thought the neg filter looked decent on this photo. what do you think? here is a version that is more in tune with what came out of the camera.

I like it. It's different. Composition's pretty good. Those spots in the sky have to go. They look like crud on your sensor. I know they're lens glare, but they still have to go. Also the ones above the bridge.

It made me lean forwards in my chair for a closer inspection, translated that only happens if i am interested.
The lens flair does need to go as Joe said.
