After around 1,5 year and 16000 good shots with the camera,
these horizontal black stripes are appear in every image,
regardless of shooting condition. I tried cleaning of
frontal lens, restoring of factory defaults
in camera, but without success.
Any idea or experience with Canon service?

I don't know what is happening, but that looks digital not optical.
The lines look like they could be results of compression artifacts, or maybe some processing problem with in the camera (taking the raw image data and creating the image file.)

Maybe radio interferance? Does this happen in a particular place? Battery power low?

Notice how the lines are spaced and how they appear... Almost like the lines from a dot matrix printer image.

This happens on any place, including in mountain, with:

- fresh charged batteries,
- same environment like previous shots (ex. previous month)
- different ISO

When details are low (high compression), stripes slightly disappears.

But, I always use maximum resolution 1600x1200, superfine
and lowering of details and image size is not an option.

Probably CCD matrix problem?

Definitely in the electronics. What happens at different shooting resolutions or different compression levels? At different ISO settings? Regardless, you're going to have to decide whether to work out a script to fix it in post-processing, send it in for repair, or get a new camera.

Problem was fixed. :D
I replace CCD sensor with new one from damaged A200.
