Hello everyone, had a night off last night, and thought id go see my friends band, thought id take the camera, only armed with fisheye and flash (Pub gig no light)
Luckily i took my camera as the warm up act was a chap called Vince Freeman, A Blues folk singer/songwriter, who was absolutely brilliant.

Any way, he caught me taking photos and came over and just asked if i could get a couple of shots for him as he has just been endorsed by a guitar company, and they would like some images of him using there guitar, anyway, we were talking at the end, and now hopefully il be doing his promo images for flyers etc :) so i was very glad i took my camera lol.

only a few images. one of them the color is a bit off (yellowy) as it was just dull room lights.

The B&W captures him well. Looks like he is enjoying himself.

Nice shots. Vince is pretty good eh, not seen him play live for a while now.

What other venues in Cheltenham do you shoot in?

The business venture sounds real good, James...

While the tilt of the pics has me wondering, if I like the style or not... I guess I can get used to some tilt... Cheers.

Nice composition & colours. Think I like the last one best. Too bad his hand has been cut off at #2 for a little piece.

Oh, and I like the colour versions more than the B&W one, though #3 seems to be a pretty good photo.

The english version is a lot shorter ;)
Copy - paste is your friend... :p

On the images: Some nice moments, but why did you bounce like you did? I would have bounced the flash off something on the (far) left, so the light would have "hit him in the face". Now it's kinda flat with quite harsh shadows, or lit from the right.

It is actually the word "username" but then in Dutch :)

But you can call me "Username" or "Anouk" if you think that's easier ;)
